The gold tone of this bangle is achieved through anodizing, an electrochemical process which converts the metal surface into a decorative, durable, corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant oxide layer. It cannot chip or peel. We do not use pigments, but metals to obtain the gold color. Gold anodizing is therefore extremely UV resistant and will remain sparkling for a long time. COLOR/PATINA MAY VARY DUE TO THE HAND MADE NATURE OF THE PIECE.
